There is a mild amount of accumulated freezing rain, and a bit of snow. The, “real snow,”comes later today, and I am very excited.
Because today is just getting better; school was cancelled yesterday, and my workplace didn’t even open today. Therefore, I’m just going to walk over two miles to a friends house and chill there all day.

Just be careful, snow over freezing rain is stupid slippery. I once fell on my butt twice while walking a quarter of a mile to the train station.

I’ve already got “real snow”, about 4" of it. Drove in to work anyway in my RWD diesel on all-seasons because YOLO.

My brother slipped on ice hidden under snow and blew out his knee. Still can barely walk from last year.

License comes in June. NC has a year long permit program, and for various reasons I had to wait until June 2015 to get it.

Mathematically speaking, I will fall on my butt 16 times on the way to her house.
Great.

I was actually up to like 38 hours as of yesterday and I’ve got days and days of PTO hours I could have turned in. But eh.

I’ve worked a whopping four hours next week, and I’m *scheduled* for four next week, but that’s because I’m going to Ohio the latter end of next week.
