I drove one of these once, a red 1969 4.2 litre with the top down. Full disclosure: it was just up and down the street and I never got out of 2nd. But I would like to contend that it STILL COUNTS!

Can I ask why the 2000GT? A lot of people really like it, and that’s great, but I never really knew why. What is it about the 2000GT that people like so much? It’s easy for me to understand why someone would like a first generation Mustang, or a 911, etc. But what is it that draws someone to a 2000GT?
