Today, we’re going to a dealership in High Point, NC that has a bunch of old Mercedes, an Avanti II, a Bricklin SV1, and a Rolls-Royce in it’s inventory.

1982 beige 300D for $2,900, anyone? How about a 1991 300CE with 39,000 miles for $4,900? This is going to be a splendid afternoon, indeed.

Oh, and on the way back we’re going to check out Foreign Cars Italia in Greensboro.

For what Foreign Cars Italia sells, they do an absolutely terrible job of keeping any thing really interesting on their lot. They maybe have 1 15+ year old Ferrari at any given time. Stupid complaint, I know. But that’s kinda the highlight of my drive between Winston-Salem and Durham and I wanna see a 456 or a 575, dammit.

Family lives in Durham, go to school in Winston-Salem. So I make the drive between the two, through Greensboro, about once every couple of weeks when I go home.
