Lets see (in this post) all the best vintage cars going skiing.
This one I took at Alta a few years ago, I still see it from time to time. So lets see em, either stuff you’ve seen or old ads, or movie scenes. Lets have at it!

My old Tercel was the best ski car. Of course it wasn’t quite vintage yet when I owned it.
I liked when this would happen:

Is that a ski rack attached to a soft top?? That seems like such a dangerous idea. Plus, how are you supposed to drive top down to the mountain then? That was my favorite part of taking a Miata to the ski mountain. I could just get dressed at our airbnb and then drive over with the top down.

yeah, cabrio...not sure how that rack worked but I would guess an internal structure separate from the roof.

I have seen window mounted ones but again that eliminates opening/closing the windows. And I would be worried about the windows breaking from all that weight.

I drove my z28 convertible to the resort multiple times with the top down and skis sticking out. Always in spring, that thing was awful in snow.

Apparently Porsche took their skiing seriously, back in the day.

Haven’t scanned my brochure yet, but I think it uses this same image. Pretty cool, until the poor thing rusts out six months later.
