Cars I’ve crashed....That weren’t that great.
Puttin’ some chrome over the pop rivets.
one week later....
caught the back bumper of an 80s Ram in the driver’s b pillar Going opposite directions on the highway, he was gong fast enough to come around the bend completely sideways. Note the roof is kinked and the drip rail is pulled under the doors. Never saw that car again, or my cool rims. My girlfriend (now Mrs. Doorhandle-bondo) got some pics when she collected my things. I left in an ambulance. Was sitting on the tailgate of the Ram waiting for Police and when the EMTs arrived they pointed at the steaming Chevette in a nearby pond and said “Which one of you is THAT guy? —Come with us”.

sweet baby jesus another vette guy! My first car in 2001 was a 1985 Chevette CS 2 door 3spd auto. I loved that car but sadly salt ate it. I had it for approx 3 years but only drove it for 1 and the car deteriorated SO MUCH in just 3 years it’s not even funny.

Had four, all terrible, loved them all. red 4spd and white 5spd in the pic. The white one was the only one that wasn’t an Acadian, and the only one that ran properly.
