Another 250SX. This one has had a bit of a rough life but should come together quickly as the mechanicals are perfect.
I’m going to build this one as a Mud machine. New wheels and Swamp Lite tires, some cosmetics like a front fender and new stickers will make this thing shine better than new.

I feel like the hardest part of restoring one of these is hosing off all the blood.

I have not had that issue yet.
They’re perfectly safe, I have not been killed once while riding one!

Haha, your name really seals the deal on the whole thing

When I was a little kid and the Big Red was new, I had a classmate come in after the Christmas break with tremendous fractures of both forearms.
I remember thinking two things:
Jealousy that he didn’t have to do any homework as his arms and hands were wrapped in effectively an enormous traction cast,
I wonder if he wants to give it to me now that it’s tried to kill him?

They’re not so much death machines as they are horrifically-deglove-your-thigh machines.

Sadly that happened to a lot of kids. Parents would buy a 185 or 200 as a starter(bigger is better!) instead of the 90, 110 or 125 they should have been riding.

Fuck dude. I just got back from Mexico, and I meant to grab a couple photos of my 250SXs, but I totally spaced on it.
