She’s covered, I have her in a heated blanket drinking lots of fluids and lots of meds. My question is there anything I can do to keep myself from getting it?

Wash your hands often. Don’t touch your face.

Pretend you’re single for a while or until the sickness is gone.

Wash your hands 24/7, vitamin C yo, and just hope whatever she has doesn’t have your name on it

don’t smooch on her or share toothbrushes/food/utensils/cups. wash your hands. make sure she washes her hands. use separate towels and segregate them (use another rack). sleep in the guest bedroom/on the couch/somewhere else. don’t let her cough on you. once she’s better, wash the sheets before you hop back in the sack with her.

Wash your hands often, do not touch your face, nose or eyes!! Try to take some zinc maybe? My girl swears by it.

You’re gonna have to find a replacement.

Washing your hands is probably the no. 1 thing you can do. It would not hurt for you to drink hot fluids as well, and get some extra vitamin C.
She may or may not be contagious, this could be a lie, but I’m pretty sure the most contagious time is before most symptoms show up (this would be dependent on exactly what strain of the virus she has).
And don’t bother with any medication before you get any symptoms, it won’t do anything. Over the counter meds helps with the symptoms not the actual virus.
Good Luck.

The best option is distance and lots of hand washing / hand sanitizer. We always isolate the sick one. When you are sick, you are confined to your bedroom with trips to the bathroom allowed. Food is delivered to your room.
The room is sanitized once you are well. Clean sheets, blankets, and pillows; lysol on everything else. We have kids. We’ve had a lot of practice with this.
Airborne supplements (which contain all the supposed cold-fighting supplements - vitamin C, magnesium, etc.) are a myth, so don’t waste your time.
