For me, it is walking across the top of a tanker trailer. Not a fan of heights, and having to turn around on a narrow, rounded walkway is terrifying. Do any of you have one of these oddly specific fears?

Walking across canted surfaces high off the ground like a steep roof. I hate it.

Heights that are easy to fall of of are awful in general. Bonus fear points for when they are frosted.

Sitting in something gross/sharting (lol) when wearing light-colored pants. Totally irrational, as its never happened to me before, but I still avoid anything white/khaki/tan/light grey. I mainly stick to navy blue, brown and olive chinos, and dark denim.

Honestly the cold terrain surrounding the yetis scare me more, especially as an asthmatic whose trigger is cold.

I loathe the holiday season because I know I’m going up on the roof to put up lights and may meet my demise.

I used to work as a stagehand. Tiptoeing along cross beams in the ceiling to adjust lights? No problem. Running the rails? No problem. Going down into the scary ass basement that was perpetually dark? Not a problem, either. But I always kinda feared the ropes/chains that held the electrics and backdrops and other shit would break and send things crashing down onto the stage on our heads.
Also, we had an insanely tall ladder we called the Widowmaker. I never climbed it, because it was just way too tall and made of rickety wood.

Yeah but those are all a given. Imagine a yeti suddenly in the mix.

I wore khakis today, and during lunch a buffalo sauce packet exploded above my lap... Luckily these pants are already quite stained from work.
