Finished the golf cart. Needed new motor brushes, lots of contactor cleaning, lots of maintenance and a metallic blue paint job. Good as a spray can can do :)
HDR. I see I left some wax behind. (goes clean it off)
And before I fixed anything.

World Rally Blue is the fastest color! This is close enough.

Shit, does that mean I made my car slower since it is less blue with the new door?

Is that the same rattle can metallic blue that Roadkill used on the wagon they gave away? It looks great.

Did you take off the shell to paint it? And nice job!

I could have, but I’d have to order a lot of rivets. Taped off the areas I didn’t want to paint and removed the rear fender things and bin

I love blue cars, which is why I was thrilled to see the Ford GT in that Liquid Metal Blue or whatever Ford calls it - that is an awesome shade of blue.
I remember a while back someone posted a link to a site that shows the available colour palette for Singer-modified Porsches, and never have I seen so many perfect hues of blue.
Your cart looks ready for action!

Nice, I've thought about repainting mine. :).

Scuff the surface with 320 grit sandpaper, use a can of adhesion promotor so the paint won’t crack over time and I used 6 cans of rustoleum.

How much would you say it costed to repaint?

$7 for Dupli-color adhesion promoter @ advance auto and 5 cans of Rustoeleum metallic blue foraround $30.
I had the sand paper and painters tape already, but that’s not expensive.
About 3 coats of paint for the cart. Wait 48 hours to dry then wash and wax :D
