Nobody’s quite sure how !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! like this during morning rush hour, but it happened about a half mile east of the highway exit for my office and has !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . I missed seeing it in person because I work later hours.

I think we can be quite sure it ended up that way because speed + ice.

Tires on the ground, not balancing. Solid effort, but just couldn’t stick the landing. 4/10.

Well sure, that’s a likely cause , but what sort of trajectory did it take to end up perfectly in the middle of the median like that? The picture that shows the back of the car up in the air snow’s not disturbed on that side of the median, and the snow on the side of the median where the front of the car is kind of shaped like a ramp, so did the car spin out and back its way up that snow-ramp?

I’d say that’s exactly what happened. Driver hit ice, over counter-steered, spun (at least) 180 and ended up ass-over-median, and probably shit-in-pants.

entry point, 180 grind and failed exit.

The snow plows made a terrific ramp, if only he’d stayed flat out, it could have been a sweet yump.
