Also I think Mazda initially kept the Furai as a concept even with fans wanting to see race motorsports highlights of it (I suppose they had foresight that Nissan didn’t? ba-zing!)

I’m not sure if you’re aware of this or not, but the Furai was burned to the ground by Top Gear magazine and has not been revived.

Yes I am aware. Aren’t we glad Mazda keeps blueprints and schematics on the cars they manufacture. Maybe some future iteration of the Furai shows up.
