Looks like they improved the resolution of the car’s reflection in the rain from FH2. That always annoyed me because it ruined good shots once you noticed it.
A Cayman shouldn’t look like a Gallardo...

I’ve only been taking photos for the promo challenge thingy when I buy a car I haven’t photographed yet. That reflection annoyed me so much I went a took a different photo.

I just found out why the Porsches in Horizon 2 look like a hack job. It’s because they were a hack job. Turns out the EA exclusive thing was kind of dropped on them and they had to rush the Porsches out for Horizon 2 and the reason why they aren’t in Forza 6 is because they are straight up not finished yet. Apparently there will be a free update around March but I doubt they will stay free.

Makes sense. Especially the free for a limited time thing. The Cayenne and 911 GT2 RS were available for free for FH2 for like a week and then after that you couldn’t get them.
Nobody has said anything about EA’s contract with Porsche or how long it lasts, but in Ars Technica’s exclusive Forza 6 preview a few months back they said,
Touring cars also make an appearance, and Porsche will be back, too, although not until 2016—Electronic Arts still has an exclusive license for the German sports car maker until then.
A 15 year contract would sort of make sense (at least more than a 13 year contract or whatever when these rumors usually pop up). It’s probably just goofy wording, but there might still be hope...

I read in Evo magazine of all places that Porsche might of bought EA out. Probably sick of their cars drifting at 100mph shooting EMPs.

I did some digging and found this,
https://www.gtplanet.net/porsches-exclu…
and this,
http://www.bsimracing.com/will-the-elect…
but both of them only cite that Ars Technica article. Fingers crossed...
