1950 Oldsmobile 88, nice clean early 50’s styling, no crazy fins.
1968 Dodge Charger, it’s good to be bad
1975 BMW 3.0 CSL (it’s a race car but I don’t care)
1989 Renault Alpine GTA, runner up R30 Skyline
1992 Jaguar XJ220, it’s 90’s styling done right.
2005 TVR Sagaris (a Ford GT was already picked)
2016 Corvette Z06

50’s
‘50 or ‘51 Pontiac Chieftain. This was a hard decision, I could take a ‘50 Lincoln Cosmopolitan or ‘56 Cadillac Viewmaster woodie too.
60’s
Since I already have a cruiser I’ll take a ‘68 Dodge Coronet R/T. Also a hard decision since I’d like to have a ‘60 Chrysler New Yorker and ‘61 Dodge Super D500 too.
70’s
Too many awesome stripe package specials to choose from! I’ll choose C130 Nissan Laurel coupe.
80’s
Too many awesome jdm cars cars to choose from! I’ll take an early Countach 5000QV.
90’s
Again many awesome jdm cars to choose from but I’ll choose Porsche 993 GT2.
2000’s
e46 BMW M3 CSL.
2010’s
Dodge Challenger Hellcat (if I get to have one extra car for winter).
If I don’t, then change that to double cab AEV Brute.

1950s: 1955 Lincoln Continental. Sure it doesn’t have any fins but it is damn pretty that I can live without fins.
1960s: 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback. Surprised it hasn’t already been taken the 65 Fastback is one of the all time greats.
1970s: 1971 Corvette Stingray Convertible. It was between this and a Lincoln Town Car Coupe. The Corvette win because convertible, manual, gorgeous styling.
1980s: Porsche 944 Turbo. Good summary of the decade. Turbo, pop up headlights, and great styling.
1990s: 1994 Ford F-250 7.3. Figure I will need at least one truck and off road vehicle so I will pick one of my favorites. It will be a battle to keen rust off in winter though.
2000s: Keeping with a realistic theme I think it is finally time for a grand tourer and what better than a 2003 Mercedes CL600. Sure I could pick the CL65 but I want to stay realistic.
2010s: So many greats to pick from. I realize I have yet to buy a sports sedan. So a 2012 Cadillac CTS-V takes the cake.

The Alpine GTA is such a crazy looking car. It looks like something out of Judge Dread or Robocop.

1965 Jaguar E-type convertible

Your list is very European. Also I think that new Merc may be more practical then the Jeep, at least as a DD. lol.
![]() 09/26/2015 at 12:40 |

I generally like European cars. I view practicality from a hauling people/stuff perspective, so Wagoneer fits that. I'd DD the M5 or S63 though.

For a second I thought you were going all Volvo. That would be another fun one. A collection of cars all from the same manufacturer, but only one car for each decade. Altho you’d get a lot more cars if you chose Mercedes benz, and if you chose Telsa lol.

I was thinking “what’s he gonna do for 2000’s. I didn’t know they made the fourth gen up into the new millennium.
![]() 09/26/2015 at 12:49 |

I like euros, but for some reason Japanese cars have always he a certain appeal to me, blame it one Fast Furious, and Need For Speed Underground. lol.
You could probably put a hitch on the M5 and haul stuff with that.

I were thinking about it, but there’s a guy in Norway that actually has a Volvo from every possible decade. I decided to be a bit more original..

I just nocited that... 145? has a camper top on it. that’s neat.

I mean in the trunk and stuff (luggage, sports equipment).
![]() 09/26/2015 at 13:05 |

Yeah, it’s a rare 145 Express. The van version of the 145, but not a camper even though you can fit a mattress in the back. Availible both with and without rear seats, but I’ll have them fitted in my car. I’d use it as a work car, as it’s very durable and spacious.
