It would be a great daily for me, I can get it with a manual and its so just so damn quirky which I love in a car.

I like those too. I’d want to do a 2008 front end conversion which wasn’t avalible in the US at the time.

I know that Frosted owns one and he seems to enjoy it.
I had one that I bought new, and traded it in 9 months later. It just wasn’t very engaging to drive. Then again, mine had the god awful Nissan CVT, which did it no favors. I imagine the 5 speed can’t be that bad. And I’m sure the aftermarket for them is a little more robust then it was five years ago when I had mine.
What I did like about my cube was that it was a lot of room for the small amount of space. I took the seats out of mine since I never have backseat passengers, and I probably could have fit a washer or dryer in the back if I needed to. Visibility was really good all around, except for the enormous A-pillar. The car was adequate in what snow I took it through, and it got about 28MPG for me. Mine was in the Caribbean Blue color that is in the first and last picture above. It was a great color and seemed to hide dirt pretty well.

How do you get one as a manual? I didn’t think they ever did, maybe I’m only thinking of the second generation. I don’t care much for the third.
