They’re pretty spot on.
SMC was terrible for the first dozen or so episodes, but it kept getting better and better til the end. Still, there was zero character development outside of Sailor Moon, Chibiusa, and Tuxedo Mask.

At least they fixed the awful, awful art for the Blu-Ray. That shit was inexcusable. It was Sailor Derp and the Derp Scouts.
