My iPhone 6 I got about a year ago started having battery percentage issues. I contacted Apple Support via chat and they gave me some suggestions on how to fix the issue and it didn’t work so they said go to the store. I went to the store and they replaced it. The only complain is that my appointment was at 7:10 and someone didn’t get with me until 7:20. 9/10 would do again.

Don't iPhones come with battery issues from the factory? Thought that was one of their charms.

Did this for my 4S before. My 5S and my 6 have been solid and will be getting a 6S in November.

My mother’s 5 had the same issue, but it happened out of warranty so nothing could be done about it. Hoping this new phone is solid!
How do you get an upgrade before the 2 years is up?

I love my iPhone 6. *Picks up beer can, moves it off of iPhone screen.* Had great service from Apple the the two times I’ve had an issue with one of their products. MacBook battery issue many years ago, and an iPod died mid software update. Both fixed/replaced within a few days at no charge.

I actually bent my 6+ back in March (I had it in my pocket when I was go-karting, and my leg pressed it up against the side bolster and bent it), went into an Apple store a few days later and walked out with a new one no questions asked.

T Mobile Jump plan. $10 a month and includes loss/theft insurance. I mean I would have to pay a $150 deductible but that’s better than $750 for a new phone.

The hells up with my 6 then. Though I do admit my battery life has gotten better since iOS9 like apple promised.
