If you were scroll through my profile, you’d notice I have a certain “thing” for car configurators, especially new ones. Well, the Jaguar F-Pace config just launched, so I naturally played with that.

(Both pics are from C/D’s website because Jaguar’s Build & Price tool is unbelievable slow on mobile)

I made mine a white F-Pace Premium diesel with black 19” wheels plus some options that came out to about $49,000. Not bad for the badge and segment.

(Once again, not my configuration)

The only way a Jag should ever be configured, BRG, black wheels.

Bit sad there’s no white interior option, but brown will do, with a tasteful splash of brown wood, like any proper Jaaaag should have.

I love this CUV! The want is real. Jags are not mommy-mobiles, so it’s cool that it won’t have that connotation for quite a while. Grand Cherokee is another CUV that’s avoided that, and then maybe the Cayenne (in my region anyways).

I’ve found Jaguar’s to be cheaper than the competition for the most part.

Here’s mine though:
BRG with black wheels of course.

The Prestige model has white leather, I wish that trim came with a darker brown and not straight up tan.

They have a deep blue/purple-ish color, like the one they offer with the F-Type. I honestly didin’t find the lighter blue. Maybe they’re reserving that for the Type R?
