As long as I’ve had my W124, it has had a big dent on the right side of the trunk. Saturday, I was informed what caused it. It seems my great uncle was about to run over my great aunt (it was his car), and to get his attention, my cousin clanged the trunk with a tire iron. Really, really hard.
Kind of tempted not to ever fix it, now - the story’s too good. The things you learn at reunions...

True story - apart from the mouth and artificially induced eye size, I actually kind of look like that.
