Does anyone have any preferred online retailers for buying Honda performance parts? I’m looking at acquiring a K&N intake for (VTEC, YO) my Accord. I could just order direct from K&N’s site but was just curious if anyone else had any other recommendations based on places you’ve bought from before?

shox.com is usually the best place to get Bilstein shocks. ebay and Amazon are also worth checking out. Occasionally, Rock Auto has some performance parts.

Honda performance? Isn't that an oxymoron?

I usually get Honda parts from my local lawn equipment shop. I don’t think they deliver though.
In seriousness, try the big-names: Mugen, HKS, K&N, etc. Amazon, eBay, plus local junkyards where there's likely a wrecked tuned Honda.

Did I say performance? I meant I want more noise!

Once I know what part I want I always check out Amazon because they consistently have low prices and I get free two-day shipping on most things. Saved myself about 50% on my headgasket replacement by using Amazon instead Advance/O’Reilly’s.

A lot of heads are starting to come like this; A single exhaust port instead of 4 (or however many cylinders there are). I suspect this is to make turbocharging later on down the road easier if the manufacturer wants to do that. A special manifold for the turbo is a small part, but the savings in not having to make that part for every car you want to turbo is likely pretty big.
