A thought for gaming oppos

Since we have racing series and meet ups within online games, would it be worth making a kinja group blog dedicated to car gaming. It could be used to find people to play with, to post series updates and what not. Plus it stops us spamming oppo with such things. Just a thought.

I agree wholeheartedly. Less spamming of Oppo, and we wouldn’t have to go searching for race info.

I was thinking more specifically just a social blog for organising and such. That’s more reviews and proper posts. This would just be to prevent clogging oppo with constant Forza posts.

On a related note - we’re moving later this year, and I’m selling stuff or giving it away. I used to be a gaming Oppo, but no longer. Gave away my Logitech wheel to another Oppo earlier this year. I still have two game discs - GT 5 and GT 5 Prologue. If you want them (and the GT-R toy that came with the former) email me at steve.reiness@gmail.com - first across the line gets them.

Digital Burnouts has been slowing down. I think you could start using it for organizing stuff and maybe that would lead to making it more active again.

I’ve actually been given mod status on sim racing (called digital burnouts at the moment) and I’m restarting it for all kinds of gaming. I’ve just posted on oppo about it if you want to check it out.
