Unfortunately I have never seen them in concert, but I have been listening to them since I was in middle school (mid-90s). My neighbors dad was an old school metal guy and lent me The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste. I've loved that album for over 20 years now.

You just made me feel old. I think it was early 90s that I saw them at the state theatre in detroit. Seen alot of shows but this was the only one that was painfully loud. Had to stuff napkins in my ears it was great.

I saw Machine Head in 99-2000 or so and my ears rang for three days afterwards.

OK showing my age here but I saw them twice in high school. Lollapalooza ‘92 then later that year touring with Sepultura. Pretty sure my onset hearing loss stems from those 2 concerts.
But OMG, you haven’t lived until you see them play
