It is possible I have seen quite a few Cord 810s and I have never seen any with those signals.

This one has either period or possibly ‘40s signals added. Most, I think, have none.

To me they look added on after the fact.

As for the badge on the hood I am glad most did not have that option. It makes the front end a lot cleaner

By “period” I meant “actually from the late 30s”, not that they were offered on the car. According to wikipedia the “modern” (i.e. flasher type) signal originated in ‘38, but electric signal lights of other kinds (constant on? button press?) predate that.
