Can’t tell what I’m looking at. Is that a Colts license plate? :)

Eagles, lol! I knew exactly what it was when I saw the three diagonal numbers on the side. what a douche. You should get a good pic of the plate and report it. I’m sure there’s someone somewhere that cares about things like this.

It belongs to the Department of Housing and Urban Development.

From what I know about cars with Government Tags, I guarantee it's not a vehicle that's used too often. And, I don't think they're even allowed to be ticketed. Whenever someone needs to use that car again it'll move. Until then, you're stuck with it just being there.

I’ll just drop this here if you want to raise some hackles:

I can’t accept that. It’s parking across 4-5 spots.

While I agree it sucks and it shouldn't be there, I'm not sure that anything will be done about it. Government tagged vehicles seem to disobey parking rules at will, and park wherever they want, whenever they want to. Unless he's blocking a lane of traffic he probably won't be moved. So, get a bunch of people to pick up the car and move it into a lane of traffic. Then call the police.

A set of these will do the trick:

Add a rope, and tie it to a food truck.
Thanks Buritowagon!

Take off the license plate, then have it towed. You get a cool souvenir as a bonus!

I have an idea!
Get some buddies so it’ll go faster
Get 1-4 floor jacks and some of those caster things they use to move fancy cars around without starting them.
4 people, 4 jacks, 4 casters.
Car will be where ever you want in a few minutes without damaging anything. I suggest putting it in an obnoxious position so someone is forced to move it.

If you contact one of the waste/fraud/abuse hotlines (DOD, GAO, doesn’t matter, they filter it to the proper agency) it’ll get fixed quick. No one wants an IG looking into their stuff outside of standard audits. When I was in the shipyard someone called in our duty van for making chow runs to McDonalds (on base at that) for the guys that were stuck in 12 hour shifts. It was a legit use, but the IG was rapid in responding to the complaint and verifying.

just call the none emergency cop line and tell them that there is an illegally parked car...

I will never understand people’s love for having the meter down on the tank.

I’m not sure it’s a “love” of it. It’s something that I think owners just accept. While it does keep the top of the forks clean and uncluttered, I’m not really a fan of it.
Why? Because I have to move my head
and
eyes to see it, so it takes a second longer to focus back on the road. It’s like trying to look at your lap while you’re driving.
