It got here on Thursday, digging it so far. Very comfortable, needs more VTEC noise though! Full review coming one day.

Nice Mustang!

Congrats on the sweet ride! Enjoy the VTEC (or lack of it) as much as possible. I have a question though, assuming this is an EX-L (it has the dual screens), do Canadian models not get LaneWatch?

Power is on, VTEC kick in yo!

I wonder if there is a supercharger kit for these...

I was literally just about to ask about the side cameras (didn’t know it was called LaneWatch until now)!

Stick?

There’s no LaneWatch button that I can see.

Judging by the fact that there’s no visible camera and the signal stalk probably doesn’t look like this:
It doesn’t have it.

Sweet ecoboost mustang bro :p

I got the EX model, which in Canada has the dualscreens and the better sounds system but no lanewatch. I needed to step up to the EX-L to get that (EX-L’s get nav, leather and the safety kit).

Lol, it’s not that bad.

Funny enough, I was watching Matt Farah’s one take in a 400hp Civic Si with a supercharger and was like, hmmmm....

VTEC power is always on!

CVT! Round up the villagers and grab the pitchforks! :P

How is that CVT? I hated the one in the Murano I’ve driven, but the one in the new Subie Outback really isn’t that bad.

Super smooth when driving around town and not too bad when you get into the acceleration; it has a sport mode that when used in conjunction with the paddles will hold 7 virtual “gears”. I really like it.
My wife has a Forester with a CVT and if is also very smooth, but I find the Honda more fun; the paddles in the Forester kinda feel pointless from a fun to drive perspective (I’m not quite sure why).

Thanks for the clarification. Sounds like your equipment packages are better than ours.

I like the Mustang Accord a lot! That color is VERY nice on that car.

My mom bought a CRV in May and it has the CVT and it was actually pretty decent. Not a lot of drone and the gas mileage was fantastic

I agree, I’m pretty picky of my automatic transmissions and this one just acts the way I think it should, it’s never caught in that pants down moment of “oh, you want me to do what now?” upon throttle input. I’ve been less than easy on it, have done quite a bit of city driving, am still on my first tank of gas (still in break-in presumably) and I’m averaging 8.4L/100km (28 mpg).
