So I’m editing my resume and cant think of a good word to replace one of the “Responsible for” starters.
· Responsible for requirements gathering and documentation
· Responsible for meeting agendas and recaps
Any ideas?

Perhaps, “in charge of” or “duties performed include”?

Use active verbs? “Gathered requirements and (produced?) documentation”
PS: Good luck!

“Strait up rekt requirements gathering and documentation”
“Wuz baller at meeting agendas and recaps”

Handles. Also your first bullet can be switched to “Gathers requirements and documentation” - active is always better. If you do this remember to do current tense for your current job and past tense for all others.

“Fucking owned”
“Crushed”
“Bruh, SO nailed...”
I kid...
For putting things together, try “Collated”, ie “Collated meeting agendas and recaps.”

Never thought about tense. That being said this was for a summer internship I am no longer employed there. But still, another thing add for future reference.
Thanks!

-Responsible for orgy management; making sure each girl had at least one guy, getting two or more guys for each girl that made the request, etc;
-Responsible for ‘product’ management; making damned sure the lackeys weren’t using the product unauthorized, keeping the police pockets fat with bribes, keeping the bosses ‘personal use quota’ off the books, etc;
-Responsible for waste disposal; ensuring there were no fluid spillage issues, cleaning up any biohazardous material beyond scientific detection (including blacklight), ‘dealing with’ anyone who witnessed clean up procedures (which ironically require more clean up procedures)

Yeah, active verbs for things you do now and past tense for things you used to do.

What he said, but expand to include results. “Gather requirements and documentations to ensure timely and on budget completion of...” Or “set meeting agendas to encourage active participation and productive brainstorming sessions”

I’ve worked with people that have turned in technical documentation only slightly above this level.

...and “took the lead on,” “organized,” “managed.” I think the active tense may be more effective: “I was responsible for...”
vs.
“I managed...”

Previous hiring manager here. Also be prepared you can actually back that up with examples and how you were any good at it. :)
