My father is building a ‘68 Camaro with a 327 and 2 speed aluminum case Powerglide. He can’t find a scatter shield that fits his engine/trans combo without either getting a cheap crappy eBay chromed one or a kit one he’ll have to cut to fit. Anyone know of where I could find one to help him out?

I’d check with Bonneville or drag car builders, someone is bound to know of one that’ll work.

No, the part that bolts on the bottom of the transmission and covers the torque converter. It's basically like the lower half of the bell housing.

They’re called dust covers. Its a weird gm name.

Says Pontiac, will it mount up to a 327 Chevy?

No since they made BOP powerglides. You’re going to need one for a Chevy bellhousing.

That’s what I thought. Thanks for the lead though.
