As you watch this human scum and his girlfriend scum in a grey Challenger back at full speed into an elderly person, get out to make sure the car is okay, then get back in and roar off. EDIT: Fortunately, said scum was !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!
Also interesting to note with the clip of the cop being dragged by the Lexus, two civilian cars immediately set off in pursuit. I guess they assumed (correctly) that they were closer to the Lexus, and other cars behind would attend to the downed officer.

After the white car backs into the other car, I don’t understand why the guy is walking in circles... it seems odd and a little silly...

I don’t understand what they were trying to do? Why would you slam into reverse in a mc donald’s parking lot? It’s not like there were any empty spaces behind them?
I wish that in instances like this having a license revoked was a common occurence, instead of the usual slap on the wrist.
