I’ve driven one of these! I mean the exact same type - XK-R Black Pack. Only got to drive it a few times, but I can report the following:

it makes the most awesome rumble at idle;

even trying to be gentle on the throttle, it will wheelspin like a psychopath on mini-roundabouts on a cold winter morning

the circular gear selector that rises out of the centre console when you turn the engine on is the coolest thing ever

I would willingly lose organs to have one in my life

I honestly think it has more street ‘presence’ than the F-Type (I’ve not had the chance to drive an F Type - I’m sure my opinion will change when I do...)

A friend of mine has an orange F-Type R coupe, and that thing has serious presence. I’d have to put it at a tie. They both look and sound so damn good.

I saw an all-black F-Type in the mall parking lot. Taking pictures didn’t cross my mind, though. :c
