Now everything else sounds half as good as it used to and you just want to stay in your car 24/7 to listen to music :(

This. The stereo in my car is now ten times better than my hifi at home.

Same with having a nice TV and nice stereo. All others look like and sound like crap in comparison.

I sold a truck that had a very nice sound system and bought a Lexus with a complicated Mark Levison system. Its an older car so the speakers are slightly blown. Driving with blown speakers are awful

SO True! Another upside: in your car, your room mates can get mad at you for listening to the music you want, when you want, at the appropriate volume. My neighbors know me as the guy who doesn’t turn his music down when he parks his car.

Lol, so true. I put in a 150” screen and 5.2 speakers and now I can’t stand watching stuff anywhere else.
