Post about the event to come, but for now have this gem I found in the outfield parking lot. Betcha forgot this existed, huh? It was even the Technica edition, the one with the digital voice system. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , this could be one of, if not the last one left in the country.

I always like the styling on these, kind of a mixture of sporty and square-edge formality. Plymouth sort of pitched it as a personal luxury car, and it was really the only toe Chrysler ever allowed the brand to dip into that market.
I know the Sapporo/Challenger weren’t huge sellers when new, but I still find it shocking how they all seem to have disappeared. You have a better chance of finding a 1983 Imperial for sale than you will any Sapporo, and they only built 1,555 of those.

I knew someone who had one of these a few years back. All black, other than the wheels.
Makes me wonder where it is today, if it even still exists.
