I was thinking of getting a real BRE lip for the Z, not sure if I want it orange or black, what do you think?
I am not going to drill into the car. I read some guys on a forum got 4 strong magnets and epoxied them indie and then smoothed out the bottom of it with bondo, then put a non abrasive material on the bottom. They said it works and stays on, but you can get it off with a strong pull. They are a couple hundred bucks, I could get a black or carbon one and paint a second fiberglass one orange. I have some strong magnets from work we use in posts to stick graphics with spots meant to stick to them to. We use bondo and epoxy at work too so I could give it a try. I could do a build post for the magnetic spoiler.

Do you have any other blacked out bits on the car? If so, black. If not, painted.

For that lip I would go black. If it was bigger and integrated more with the car I would paint it the same as the body color.

Uh the car there has the correct gun metal rear panel like mine, so its a dark grey. Its just as you see in the pics here on both cars. Shadowed the gunmetal looks pretty dark and at night it looks black. Lots of Americans just repainted them black at some point. Im actually repainting my grille the correct color right now, which matches that rear panel. The color was a mystery for a bit, but someone shot a laser at a museum car in Japan and makes it now.

I might start with black and then build an orange one at some point then. I like them both so its hard. I like the black one standing out and I also like cars with no lip so the orange one is less noticeable and also works on these cars.
