Not sure if this has been posted, but here’s a video done by the official Dodge/Fiat/Chrysler YouTube channel. At the end of the video is the actual drag race between Roadkill and Gas Monkey, in HQ and 60FPS.

I would have been OK with it if they were even two comparable cars. Stock Hellcat drivetrain vs tuned and on Ethanol, back-halved (at least) with a two speed powerglide.

But I’m with you, the junkyard challenge would have been awesome. Too bad this was set up by dodge, otherwise the GMG guys probably wouldn’t have been involved at all.

Man, I just really do not like Richard Rawlings, and then to see him stand on top of the car after the victory I thought “why are you on that car?” Did he build it? Did he drive it?

Oh, it was money that allowed him to win? That’s why I don’t like him. Or Floyd Mayweather.
