GM really screwed up. Amazing car that looks like an Impala. They should have advertised it alongside the Corvette with tag lines like “Muscle: two doors or four” or something to let you know it’s not a regular car, but a RWD V8 hoon machine.

I bet there’s a huge retro market for old dudes who had El Camino’s in high school, plus the SS is on the same platform as the G8 so they could just pull the tooling for the Pontiac Sportwagon concept out of the attic and resuse it no problem.
