I get to spend it outside in the glorious weather watching other people run in gym because I pulled a muscle in my upper back and can’t run/hardly do anything.
At least it’s not swelteringly hot like it would usually be this time in August. I’m comfortably wearing a jacket right now, which I shouldn’t be able to do.

Be careful with back muscles, how did you pull it?

It happened while I was playing tennis and I don’t know how because it’s not even on the side with the arm I swing the racquet with.

Just take anti inflammatory pills like Advil and at some point in the day lay on the floor, with your knees bent like you’re about to do a sit up, arms out allowing your upper back and shoulders to rest on the floor this will relax a lot of the muscles in your back and posterior delts.
People don’t realize but when you lay on a very cushioned surface like a bed or couch your muscles are still working to stabilize you. On the floor they can fully relax.
