The year is 1979, you’ve got a ton of money, you have three iconic Grand Tourers introduced in the mid-70s, and none of them have been butchered by Federal Regulations. Which one do you DD, which one do you track, and which do you burn?

The choices are.

The Maserati Khamsin

The Jaguar XJ-S

You’re the first person I’ve seen to burn the Maser. That’s rather new.

Besides, I like making these difficult, because of the more varied answers. The more you're stumped, the more interesting the responses are.

DD Porsche 928. It was at least somewhat reliable.

Track Maserati Khamsin. And ogle it until I starve to death.

Burn Jaguar XJ-S. As much of a Jag fan/Porsche indifferent as I am, the XJ-S sucked until the HE version debuted with better bumpers, trim, electrics, and engine tuning in 1980.

Had you said any year after the XJ-S HE came available, I honestly wouldn't know how to answer.

I don’t find the Maser all that attractive. It just looks kinda... off. I’m sure the interior is probably the best of the trio, though.

Actually in my world it’s.

DD: the Jag and let passion and pain play off each other as I keep sinking money to keep it running.

Track: The Maser and then stare at it when it’s not in use.

Burn: the Porsche, because it’s just my least favorite.

Although a rally XJ-S sounds awesome and insane at the same time.

Why would you track a Grand Tourer? And why would you burn one at that? Hell I wouldn’t even want to DD any of these, they’re all notoriously unreliable.
