Today’s Driveways of America features three Ford models from the nineties...but which one deserves a spot on today’s roads and which should have been left there twenty years ago? Choose the one you would take and guess where you think this is in the comments below.

Generally I do which you would take, so that’s what I’m going for here...sorry if it was unclear, I slept about three hours last night so coherence is not my best ability right now...

That’s my answer, but pretend that you had to have one for the rest of your life and you had to drive it at least 60 miles five days a week...

Are those Crown Vic wheels? They look strange yet pleasing on a Ranger.

In my honest opinion, I’d take all three.

The Ranger as a DD and working truck, the ZX2 to possibly turn into a track car (especially if equipped with the Mazda G5M 5-speed over the Ford F-4EAT 4-speed automatic), and the Windstar to fix up and resell at a reasonable price to a nice family who needs a minivan on the cheap.

If you can figure out a purpose for them all, why leave any behind?

Might be, they do look great on that truck...and I might even keep the Windstar, as a cheap road trip car and stuff hauler, because when do you not need a van?

I would probably choose the Escort as it’s the most European of the group.

My thinking too.

But still, I would rather not be seen in any of them.

Definitely. But Ford kept Volvo alive, so I will always hold even the slightest respect for them. (Unlike GM, ahem...)

True. Plus modern Ford is extremely European so they are pretty good cars.

Definitely. 10/10 would buy a Ford before a Chevy nowadays, but as always Volvo/Saab comes first :)

I wouldn’t buy a chevy outside of the Volt to be honest..

Eh, I’m lukewarm on the Volt...more like the C7 Vette...

Yeah, better choice.

The only GM product I could realistically see myself driving is the Yukon/ Yukon XL.

I do secretly love the GMT 2XX platform vehicles because big sometimes = beautiful. I prefer the looks of the new Suburban myself, though...

The GM triplets are all bold and beautiful.

Kinja'd!!!

But I prefer the GMC this time around because it offers the bigger engine and similar level of luxury as the escalade without actually being an escalade.
