I saw the PERFECT car Buick should use in their stupid ads where old people get confused and dumb white bitches get into Taurii with gross ass dudes because they can’t find the fucking Buick their friend owns.
HOP UP IN THIS ORANGE DONK, BEYOTCH!

That's not orange.

Not a donk either

Color balance on dashcam notwithstanding, it was orange.

It’s missing the required cereal or candy sponsorship, I know.

I’ll take your word for it. Just to avoid looking at it again.

It’s missing a bowtie. And not being made between 1971-1975

Semantics. No one really means what they mean anymore. What is the car culture calling these anyways these days?

I think most car circles call it “stupid."

People used to ask me all the time if my Riviera was a Jaguar, or a Rolls... The lack of any Buick insignia and the plush looking -R- symbols really threw people off.

I see a silver one for sale almost every day. Its hard to not want it. I doubt its supercharged though.

I can see a non-enthusiast mistaking one for a Jag, what with the tapering back.

That’s an Opel / Vauhxal. But yes, it’s a Buick too. And a donk. And orange. And whatnot...

More like, “BOO! Ick!!!”

Imagine the gm car with the worst electrical problems you’ve yet encountered (presuming you have). Multiply that by about 3-5 and you have a Riviera/Aurora. They're rarely properly cared for and have a lot of issues IME.

I’m okay with this. take a snooze mobile, and make it something “cool”. And it doesn’t look like they hacked up the body to fit the wheels, that’s one thing I can’t stand on these cars. I do have to wonder how they got that much lift on a FWD car tho.
![]() 08/25/2015 at 16:54 |

Looking at a stock one, it looks like its only an inch or so of lift (based off where the center of the hubs are in relation to the body lines)
Might just be strut or spring seat spacers.
I’d be worried about turning those big meats without running them into fender liners and whatnot in the wheel wells....

I’m sure there is some rubbing at full lock, but hey you gotta make sacrifices if you wanna ball that hard.
