Yeah the guy gets no credit. I mean here on the Colts he never had a chance to run. Donald Brown only did better because he was smaller and could fit through the gaps

Honestly though, he had a lot of potential and just can't seem to make it click. He spent too much time with us shuffling around east-west rather than going north-south

In his defense the Colts line was absolutely terrible during his two years here (I think they were like 30th and 25th in the league in efficiency) but his lack of field vision was mind-boggling even when he did have a hole. People keep saying a switch to a zone-blocking scheme like he had in college would help but even with a bulldozer as his fullback he’d still probably average less than 4ypc. What a waste of a 1st round pick...

But you're forgetting that Brown was averaging something crazy like 6 or 7 ypc with the same line. He has absolutely no vision

Just looked it up and you’re right, dude had 5.3 ypc the year TRich had less than 2.9. God Trent sucked.
