As the driver of the Flex, I can say both. For what it is, my Flex is decently quick. It runs low 8s in the 1/8th mile. The Viper probably got flustered when I ran away on the launch and blew the tires off.
Mods: Intake, catless downpipes, methanol injection, and tuned.
