No it doesn’t. Sometimes people are in capable of seeing options. There were many options in that situation. He took the option of beating a defenseless child that was strapped into a car seat.

1 month and 2 days ago I held my daughter who didn’t make it to birth alive. If I can pick my head up after that, whatever this guy was dealing with that led him to beating his child to death was not more than a man can stand.

There are always options. The Mom not around to take the kid back? Safe Haven laws say the baby could be dropped off at a fire station. I’m sure you’re not trying to defend him, but it sounds like you feel for him. You shouldn’t. (Clearly I’d be a poor choice for his jury trial)

Insane tough, I wrote a big post about it you’re welcome to read. I wish Kinja would have let me get an EDIT in on this post though, becuase Mr.Atkins updated his post to make sure he wasn’t mistakenly supporting the guy. I read it wrong, but he did a good job making sure it couldn’t be misconstrued again.
