It started out as a Geo Metro 5-door. What it’s become... well, I’ll let you judge.

The owner is trying to claim that it meets the definitions for a side-by-side ATV, so he’s driving it around with non-functional lighting and no plates or registration at all. Yep - no DNR registration (which you need for an ATV), or DOT registration (which you need for a car).

I’m actually looking forward to seeing how hard they throw the book at him when he’s finally busted.

The craftsmanship on it isn’t bad, though... except the seat mounts. Those look like they’ll break if you fart too hard.
