The rust on my ML’s step bars is getting worse. Yay.

I should remove them another day.

My wife’s ML is getting a bit rusty as well, mostly over the wheel wells. Seems to be a common issue with them.

How rusty is the bar next to the sill (and how close is it to the sill)? You might want to remove the bar soon if there is a chance of getting rust stains on the sill paint.

Hmm, I may have to watch out. So far the car’s body is in good shape. It's just the step bars for now, a dealer option, that is noticeably rusty.
