Just got this in a Ford Performance email newsletter about an hour ago. The footage in this video is from May 22nd, 21 days before the official announcement that Ford was returning to the 24 Hours of LeMans.
New wallpaper for some of you.
The official video reveal from June 12th, as a refresher.

I like the snap of the exhaust. Very alarming at first to see the gaps.

How the hell did this test session fly under the automotive radar? I’m thinking stealth coating or RAM

The blue here is so damn off. Other than that... Hngggg. This is possibly the best of the best of the best of the best shot of the new Ford GT. Ever. It does, however, eerily remind me of some 3DTuning.com paint jobs.
Now stick a V8 in it! If Chevy was able to race their Corvette with a V8, surely Ford can refit an old GT’s V8 in the new one?

Because Calabogie Motorsports Park, where the Multimatic test facility is located, is relatively in the middle of nowhere outside of Ottawa and 4 hours north east of Toronto.

Damn it Canada, there are more good things hidden in the maple syrup and forests than I thought.
