Oh, I wrote an E-mail to Mr. Regular about his cooling woes for his Falcon and his thoughts on engine swapping. I may have mentioned a certain someone modifying a column shifter for a four speed if he plans to take out [what I’m assuming is] the Ford-o-matic. I hope you don’t mind; I should have asked you first :/

All fine. My strategy wouldn’t work for everyone, but a column shift for four speed less fancy than what I’m doing (four on column, reverse on the floor) is very easy. My setup is only a nuisance because I’m doing all four and reverse on the column with a relocated trans. On the other hand, if he wants just a three speed, I’ve got one sitting on the shelf. He’d have to source some column parts, but that’s all.
