With the exception of the Rebel, the police version of this is the easiest to get up Mt. Chiliad.

Actually, any of the race bicycles. They can climb an 89 degree angle with ease, for some reason.

As for four-wheeled vehicles, though, I’m still not entirely sure about that. A lot of things are really easy to drive up there.

Well not including things with two wheels. Though the Range Rover thing is pretty good as well. The Rebel can be rolled down the mountain without exploding.
