Hey there Oppo! Been driving the Focus ST for a year now ( update: still loving it). I just recently received my Legacy Plates from the California DMV and have gotten tons of questions/compliments, so I thought I’d share with you fine folks.

Apparently, in Louisiana, the only way I can get black plates is to be a Shriner. :/

Wow. That looks awesome. Been considering it when I get my car. How does a black vw Sportwagen with the 60s plate look? I think the plate blending in with the car color would work well.

I would agree. In my case I especially like the way the front plate blends into the black grille. If the car was black I’d think it’d look even better.
