I saw the timing block, but the people on the guardrail, power lines, and timing tower that looks like a house gives it a decidedly “street” look. Do you know what strip that is?

Not sure.

There are a lot of “local” 1/4 or 1/8 tracks that are set up like this. Island in NJ is similar.
