I’m no MG guru, but I spy a blower. The closest I’ve come in short order is this MG PA Midget Supercharged Special Speedster . Obviuosly it’s not the same car, but maybe it’s a start?

I believe it’s a 1935 MG Bellevue Special. 1491cc Supercharged.
