Mine is an atrocious mess, but I have 2 monitors (a tiny crappy AOC 1366x768 18” and an ASUS 24” 1080p display) and Xbox 360 that is literally a monitor stand for the AOC and Define
R4 computer case containing a PC with the following specs:
AMD FX-4170 Black Edition OC’d to 5.0Ghz, with H80i watercooler
16GB Corsair Dominator Pro RAM
EVGA GTX 970
1 500GB WD hard drive
2 700GB Samsung hard drives (I pulled them from some old external hard drives)\
Logitech G500 (best mouse ever)
Corsair K70 RGB (‘overpriced because it lights up in any number of ways’ Cherry MX Red Keyboard)
My G27 is also always strapped to the desk.

I have a Z400 as well as my computer at work, though it’s a different configuration.
Intel Xeon W3550 @ 3.06GHz
10GB PC3-10600 RAM
1 Seagate 500GB
Windows 7 Professional x64
Dual DVD Burners
AMD FirePro V4900
3 HP LA2405wg 24” monitors @ 1920x1200
PC actually belonged to a different department, but they got new Z420s last year. The 400 was among their to-be-disposed-of equipment (rather surprising as it was still under warranty).
So yeah, it was up for grabs and I called dibs. :D
As for my personal (home) PCs...
DESKTOP:
(games and other shenanigans)
Antec Nine Hundred chassis
Asus Sabertooth Z77 board
Intel Core i7-3770 @ 3.4GHz
16GB PC3-12800 RAM
1 Western Digital VelociRaptor 150GB 10,000RPM HDD (OS)
2 Seagate Barracuda 500GB 7200RPM HDDs (Games and backups)
Windows 7 Ultimate x64
MSI Nvidia GeForce GTX 970
2 ASUS VS238 23” monitors @ 1920x1080
LAPTOP:
(mostly for YouTube and Netflix)
Asus X54C-BBK24
Intel i3-2370M @ 2.4GHz
4GB PC3-10600 RAM
Seagate 2.5” 500GB 5400RPM HDD
Windows 7 Home Premium x64
Intel HD Graphics 3000
15.6” built-in display @ 1366x768
Occasionally I hook it up to the 19” Sylvania TV above it or Chromecast to the living room TV.

Yeah, I know, but I keep putting it off ‘cause I’m lazy. :P
I work IT at a hospital. The Z used to belong to the Radiation Oncology department.

This is one of my workstations at work. The rest of the computers in the building are modern and can run a windowed version of this program but this is a dedicated machine that runs this and only this. It has no mouse and I think it doesn’t even have an OS, it’s just a remote terminal for the server. This dinosaur can do pretty much any function required to run the store, from accounting to payroll to to receiving to ordering and inventory and is tied into the wireless network that the handheld terminals run off of.
