Which one is harder: driving LHD cars in RHD country or driving RHD cars in LHD country?
I mean, in Indonesia we got some grey market cars with LHD, and they are cheaper than RHD cars. For example, a used 2004 Lamborghini Gallardo with RHD will cost you about 200-250k USD in here. The MSRP was over 700k, which sounds like a bargain. Sort of.
But, if you buy the Gallardo but It’s a grey market LHD, you’ll only have to pay 90k.
It’s not like I’m going to buy a Gallardo anytime soon, it won’t get a Seal of Approval from the Mrs..

Well, the mrs prefer big, roomy cars with comfortable ride, like Citroen DS or Mercedes S-Class. Or something electric.
The only Supercar that get her seal of approval was C7 Chevrolet Corvette.

RHD in a LHD country because LHD countries have more drive-thrus.

Yeah.
She once bought me a C7 HotWheels because it was cool, according to her.
I quite like the C7. Too bad it was LHD only.

Lol.
And that raises an interesting question. If I got an LHD car in RHD country, how do i get my toll ticket from a tollbooth machine?

Your Oppo-boner while you do it.

There’s no such thing as EZ-pass in Indonesia..

I’ve had to do the opposite in France. You get out and go to the other side!

Okay then..
I guess if I had to have LHD car, I should not get into a toll road.

RHD in LHD drive country because North American drivers are assholes (myself included).

Really? You all don’t have a transponder system? Even Thailand had them last time I was out that way IIRC

No. Yes there’s some kind of tollbooth that accept credit cards, but you have to tap the card against the machine, and that is as fancy as we get.

I’m not a big fan of Chick fil A but they do have drive ins on the other side. I bet you’d blow their minds if you rolled through JDM style.
